Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within the insurance sector, including DevOps, Underwriting, and Claims Analysis.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive networking) to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, from pipeline building and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of salary benchmarks and industry trends in the insurance market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Finance or Insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance value chain and technical roles relevant to the sector.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
