Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within the insurance sector, including DevOps, Underwriting, and Claims Analysis.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive networking) to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, from pipeline building and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of salary benchmarks and industry trends in the insurance market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Finance or Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the insurance value chain and technical roles relevant to the sector.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly hiring targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
