Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, risk mitigation plans, and resource allocations.
- Conduct regular status reporting and executive briefings to track project KPIs and milestones.
- Drive continuous process improvement through Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party software integrations.
- Mentor junior project managers to elevate team operational maturity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern software development methodologies.
- Exceptional proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project portfolio management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
