Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive stakeholder management and contingency planning.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management frameworks and internal processes.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Prepare executive-level reports on project health, milestones, and ROI metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a related engineering leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget, enterprise-scale software projects.
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana with a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance analytics.
