Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Design teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and bottlenecks to maintain development velocity.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure optimal team utilization.
- Maintain clear, concise documentation for stakeholders and leadership teams regarding project status and KPI metrics.
- Champion process improvements to enhance developer productivity and project delivery consistency.
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages open feedback and continuous team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles.
- Proven track record of shipping software products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies with PMP or CSM certification preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
