Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, design, and operations teams.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for executive stakeholders.
- Implement and optimize Agile/Scrum methodologies to increase team velocity and product quality.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the SaaS or enterprise software sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or ACP).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and enterprise-grade roadmap software.
- Superior communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
