Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle from discovery and planning through to final deployment and post-launch evaluation.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to boost team velocity.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and KPIs to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Implement process improvements to optimize delivery pipelines and reduce technical debt.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors involved in core projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project management roadmapping tools.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading remote or distributed teams effectively.
