Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional software projects within scope and budget.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical roadmaps and actionable sprint plans.
- Facilitate cross-team communication, removing blockers and managing dependencies across engineering, product, and design.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to improve team velocity and release predictability.
- Manage project risks and mitigation strategies, providing regular, transparent status reports to executive stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to scale delivery capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software engineering environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong technical background with the ability to converse fluently with software developers.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management automation tools.
