Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Facilitate high-level stakeholder meetings to align project goals with overarching business objectives.
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize team velocity and output quality.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and report project risks and bottlenecks to executive leadership.
- Manage multi-million dollar project budgets with meticulous financial oversight and reporting.
- Mentor junior project coordinators and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Technical Project Management within the software industry.
- Active PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced roadmap visualization tools.
- Proven track record of delivering SaaS or Cloud-native infrastructure projects on a global scale.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
