Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional technical projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team velocity.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget tracking with high precision.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and dependencies across multiple engineering squads.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to align technical deliverables with product goals.
- Report project health and progress metrics to executive leadership on a consistent basis.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and tooling adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project management reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
