Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects within a cross-functional agile environment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and engineering leads.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles to ensure consistent project velocity.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and KPIs clearly to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal project ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
- PMP or CSM certification highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
