Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise-level tech projects with budgets exceeding $2M
- Strategic roadmap planning and resource allocation across cross-functional teams
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using advanced analytical frameworks
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira/Confluence expertise
- Performance tracking and reporting using KPI dashboards and PMO standards
- Mentorship of project management interns and junior team members
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS/tech
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with proven track record in scaling projects
- Expertise in enterprise-level tools: Jira, Asana, MS Project, and Smartsheet
- Demonstrable success in managing remote/distributed teams across time zones
- Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
