Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-level security frameworks including zero-trust architecture and cloud-native security controls
- Lead incident response protocols for security breaches, conducting forensic analysis and mitigation strategies
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across complex IT environments
- Develop and maintain security automation using Python, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into the full software development lifecycle
- Monitor and analyze threat intelligence using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Create security documentation and compliance frameworks for ISO 27001 and NIST standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required; CCSP preferred
- Proficiency in security tools: Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Burp Suite
- Experience building security automation with Python and Ansible
- Demonstrated success in leading incident response for ransomware or APT attacks
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
