Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional software projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure profitability and timeline compliance.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks to prevent project stalls.
- Foster collaboration between product managers, engineering leads, and key stakeholders.
- Implement and refine project management frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to boost team velocity.
- Provide regular reporting and executive updates on project health and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Active PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Slack.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and their application in cloud-native environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
