Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional software projects from inception to deployment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline forecasting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize technical debt and schedule slippage.
- Translate high-level business requirements into actionable technical user stories for engineering squads.
- Mentor junior project coordinators and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within software development environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar digital transformation projects.
