Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for high-visibility technical initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope and prioritize the product backlog.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyze project metrics and KPIs to report progress to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes and development velocity.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and QA teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the software development industry.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile and Scrum.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines for multi-million dollar initiatives.
