Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment for mission-critical software products.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team velocity.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget forecasting with high precision.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving blockers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, engineering teams, and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance development workflows and team efficiency.
- Document project technical specifications and progress reporting for cross-departmental transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to team mentorship.
