Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium or Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive test strategies for new feature rollouts.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents and drive long-term technical resolutions.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of 'Quality First' across the engineering organization.
- Optimize CI/CD integration pipelines to reduce deployment friction and increase release velocity.
- Perform complex API and load testing to ensure system scalability under heavy traffic conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or TypeScript).
- Proven track record of building testing frameworks from the ground up.
- In-depth experience with testing tools such as Cypress, Jest, Appium, or Postman.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
