Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex technical projects from initiation through to successful production delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives to drive team velocity.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track project success and resource allocation efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools across the engineering organization.
- Mentor junior project managers to foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the software development sector.
- PMP or CSM certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a bias for action.
- Strong technical literacy, allowing for meaningful dialogue with software architects and developers.
