Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical project lifecycles from initial discovery to final deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Mitigate project risks through proactive identification and strategic contingency planning.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles in an Agile environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and performance metrics to ensure roadmap alignment.
- Mentor junior project coordinators and foster best practices in project delivery.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure optimal team velocity and project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management within the tech sector.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a remote or hybrid setting.
