Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for high-visibility technical initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment between Engineering, Product, and Design teams to optimize delivery workflows.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and product quality.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable, prioritized roadmaps for stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Deliver transparent status reporting and executive-level presentations on project health and strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within software development environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM/CSPO certification preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude for software architecture.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building high-performing, collaborative team cultures.
