Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional software engineering projects from inception to deployment.
- Define and track key project KPIs, managing risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies with surgical precision.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster team velocity.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps for engineering, product, and design stakeholders.
- Champion process improvements and cross-team collaboration frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
- Provide transparent, high-level status updates to executive leadership regarding project health and resource allocation.
- Mentor junior project managers to instill best practices in technical documentation and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management or similar operational leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies with a proven track record of managing distributed teams.
- Exceptional proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong technical literacy; ability to engage in meaningful discussions with lead architects and software developers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification preferred.
