Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional software projects in an Agile environment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team capacity to optimize velocity and throughput.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and strategic pivots to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Champion process improvements to increase operational efficiency and engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles within a software development environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget projects with distributed, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies; PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical discourse.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.
