Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects within Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between engineering, product, and design stakeholders.
- Mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the highest quality of code delivery by aligning development practices with project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a fast-paced software environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or CSM certification preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear project requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
