Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise-level software development initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to maintain steady velocity.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and KPIs to executive leadership teams.
- Manage resource allocation and budget forecasting across multiple workstreams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional remote or hybrid teams.
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Monday.com.
