Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical software projects from conceptualization to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives, ensuring team velocity and quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and technical debt before they impact the roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to define clear success metrics and project requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline forecasting with high precision.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and strategic pivots to executive leadership.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that prioritizes psychological safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies; PMP or CSM certification is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project roadmaps.
- Expertise in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
