Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution of large-scale software development initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mitigate project risks and resolve blockers to maintain high velocity.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and roadblocks to executive stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple technical teams.
- Implement standardized project management frameworks to improve team throughput.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine roadmaps and prioritize feature backlogs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software engineering environment.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification strongly preferred.
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and advanced project reporting tools.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and software delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
