In this role, you will be the backbone of our product delivery, bridging the gap between cross-functional development teams and executive stakeholders to ensure world-class software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for complex, high-scale engineering initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget forecasting with precision.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve cross-team dependencies and technical bottlenecks.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements for software architects.
- Communicate project health, KPIs, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Proven ability to manage remote, global teams across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Asana.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
