Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from initiation through deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to define technical requirements and prioritize backlogs.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline estimations to ensure project profitability.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and KPIs to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Champion process improvements to increase team productivity and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and project metrics.
- Experience managing remote or distributed engineering teams is a major plus.
