Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle from conceptualization through deployment for enterprise-grade applications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Dailies, and Retrospectives, to maintain high team velocity.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with core business initiatives.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent bottlenecks.
- Manage resource allocation and budgeting to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Provide transparent reporting on project health, milestones, and KPIs to the executive board.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management or software delivery.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project management roadmapping tools.
- Strong technical background with the ability to converse fluently with developers and product owners.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proven track record of managing complex software development projects in a fast-paced environment.
