Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Manage resource allocation across engineering, design, and product teams.
- Prepare and present high-level status reports to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management frameworks and internal processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or PMP preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in managing remote or distributed team structures.
