Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Present complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in ML operations
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or quantitative field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale in production environments
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategy
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, S3)
- Publications or patents in machine learning or data science preferred
