Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex software engineering projects from concept to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with core business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven status updates.
- Identify technical risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent bottlenecks.
- Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes high-quality code and continuous improvement.
- Optimize team velocity by removing organizational friction and ensuring resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management within a SaaS or cloud environment.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
