Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement efficient algorithms to improve speed and data throughput.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold our engineering standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage deployments to AWS/Azure and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Go).
- Database Management: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
