Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights to drive data-informed design decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all product surfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to advocate for the user while balancing technical constraints.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of constructive design feedback.
- Iterate rapidly on features based on performance analytics and stakeholder input.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in SaaS or consumer-facing mobile apps.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of modern front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS/React limitations).
- Deep experience with design systems and Atomic Design methodology.
- Proven ability to articulate design rationale and strategy to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
