Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure team alignment.
- Manage project roadmaps, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate technical risks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define project scope and technical requirements.
- Report project status, velocity, and key performance indicators to executive stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in SDLC processes and agile best practices.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence expertise.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical architectures.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote-first, high-growth culture.
