Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional software projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget forecasting for multi-million dollar portfolios.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, blockers, and bottlenecks to maintain steady velocity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success metrics.
- Champion process improvements to enhance team efficiency and deployment frequency.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and health metrics to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise-grade roadmap tools.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
