Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and operations teams.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to prevent bottlenecks.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team productivity.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster an agile culture.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent reporting and consistent communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related business field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management or technical product management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Proven ability to manage remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
