Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for complex SaaS product development.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Bridge the communication gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and technical blockers.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline milestones.
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance team velocity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Project Management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software products.
- Deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, and modern project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and cloud infrastructure.
- PMP or CSM certification highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
