Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex software engineering projects from concept to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, blockers, and bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal team velocity.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and KPIs to executive leadership with precision.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the squad.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements and maintain a groomed, prioritized backlog.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project management automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred but not required.
