Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and engineering leads to define roadmaps and prioritize technical debt.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and technical blockers.
- Drive cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.
- Mentor junior project team members on best practices in documentation and resource allocation.
- Analyze project performance data to refine delivery processes and increase velocity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Project Management or related leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Deep technical literacy; ability to communicate effectively with software architects and developers.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $1M and large-scale software releases.
- PMP or CSM certification is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
