You will work at the forefront of digital transformation, bridging the gap between engineering teams and executive stakeholders to ensure our scalable solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional technical projects from initiation through to deployment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and engineering leads.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Manage resource allocation and budget forecasting to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Report project status, progress, and blockers to stakeholders via executive-level dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote, distributed engineering teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
