Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration.
- Develop detailed project roadmaps and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
- Translate high-level product requirements into actionable user stories and technical tasks for engineering teams.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance team velocity and output quality.
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to executive leadership regarding project health and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS or Cloud environment.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Exceptional proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project management reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous project scopes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.
