Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycles (SDLC) for high-visibility technical initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and operations teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, mitigate risks, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Run agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management frameworks and engineering efficiency metrics.
- Provide executive-level status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and strategic blockers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management automation tools.
