Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact engineering projects, from initiation to deployment.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in a distributed Agile environment.
- Manage project risks, mitigate blockers, and maintain clear lines of communication with executive stakeholders.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team velocity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to align technical architecture with overarching business goals.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal team utilization.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project management roadmapping tools.
