Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Identify, document, and mitigate technical risks and project bottlenecks proactively.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and design teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes to increase team efficiency.
- Ensure clear communication regarding project status and scope changes across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or similar leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and participate in architectural discussions.
- Expert-level proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
