- Manage audits and disputes with IRS/state authorities
- Mentor junior tax professionals and build high-performance teams
- Implement tax automation technologies for operational efficiency
- Advise C-suite executives on tax implications of business decisions
Qualifications
- CPA license + 8+ years progressive tax experience
- Expertise in international tax law (BEPS, transfer pricing)
- Proven success managing complex multi-state compliance
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (Vertex, ONESOURCE)
- Big 4 or national firm experience preferred
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
