Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies for multinational corporations
- Manage federal, state, and international tax compliance projects
- Lead M&A tax due diligence and transaction structuring
- Mentor junior tax professionals and build high-performance teams
- Advise clients on tax implications of digital asset transactions
- Drive tax automation initiatives using cutting-edge technology
- Represent clients in IRS audits and tax dispute resolutions
Qualifications
- CPA or MST with 8+ years in public accounting/corporate tax
- Expertise in international tax, transfer pricing, and digital taxation
- Proven leadership managing tax teams of 5+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (Thomson Reuters, Vertex)
- JD or LLM in Taxation preferred
- Experience with SEC filings and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with Big Four or top-10 firm background
