Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse roles, from entry-level to senior executive positions.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline using advanced sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to define hiring needs, success metrics, and hiring plans.
- Optimize job postings and employer branding materials to attract top-tier candidates.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry hiring trends.
- Streamline the interview and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (5+ years preferred) within the UK market.
- Deep understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and data protection regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong network within the London tech, professional services, or financial sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
