The Role
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key technical and operational roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates who align with our culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from defining job requirements to conducting final interviews and extending offers.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and reporting.
- Conduct effective screening calls and interviews to assess candidate fit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong network of contacts within the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
