Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from job posting to offer extension.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and executive-level roles.
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Experience with employer branding and employee referral programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
